A 4-week at-home program designed to increase your vertical by 0.5–5 inches.
- Dynamic warmups and cooldowns
- Agility and strength sessions
- Jump mechanics, vertical drills, and pre-hab exercises
- Volleyball-specific training 2–3x per week
Perfect for athletes ages 12+ with parental supervision if new to movement training.
