1st Lesson Expectations

What to expect for your first lesson:

Arrive 10 minutes early

We will goal set for 5 minutes

Parents will sign waivers

I will introduce you to your warmup that you will do before each lesson going forward. (Please arrive 5-10 min early for this each time so we can use the full hour for volleyball). If you have your own theraband please bring it.Β 

We will end 5 min early to discuss take-aways, homework and answer any questions and take care of payment.Β
